Your WrapIt Compression Sleeve is built with premium materials and expert craftsmanship. We're so confident in our quality that we back every sleeve with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Any defects in materials or workmanship, including seam failures, fabric tears from normal use, or faulty stitching.
If your sleeve loses its compression effectiveness due to material breakdown under normal use conditions.
Issues with the integrated pocket system, including separation or damage to the pocket lining under normal use.
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse or normal wear. The following are not covered:
Email us at wrapitrecovery@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and determine if it's covered under warranty.
If approved, we'll send you a replacement sleeve at no cost. No need to return your defective sleeve in most cases.
You'll need your order number or proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. Keep your order confirmation email for your records.
To maintain warranty coverage, follow our care instructions: machine wash cold, air dry only. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
The lifetime warranty covers one replacement per original purchase. The replacement sleeve is covered by the remaining warranty.
